1. Acceptance of Terms: These terms are an agreement between you and Vladyslav Troitskyi (doing business as "Vlad – Templates' Dad"). By purchasing any digital products (Framer Templates) from this site, you agree to these Terms.
2. Merchant of Record & Payment Processing: I use authorized third-party resellers to handle payments and order fulfillment. The entity handling your transaction will be identified on your checkout screen and receipt:
- Paddle: For orders processed via Paddle, the Merchant of Record is Paddle.com Market Ltd (Judiciary House, 18-29 Manning St, London, SE1 9PL, UK).
- Creem: For orders processed via Creem, the Merchant of Record is Creem.io.
All payments, invoicing, and tax handling are managed by the respective Merchant of Record. By proceeding with a purchase, you agree to their specific Terms of Service.
3. Digital Products & Delivery:
- Nature of Goods: All products are 100% digital. No physical items will be shipped.
- Delivery Method: Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing a "Remix Link" to add the template directly to your Framer account.
4. License & Usage Rights: When you purchase a template, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product.
- Allowed: You may use the template to build a website for yourself or a client.
- Prohibited: You may not resell, redistribute, or share the template source files "as is" or claim the design as your own original creation for resale on marketplaces.
5. Refund Policy: My goal is to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
14-Day Refund Policy
I offer a full refund on all digital products within 14 days of the purchase date. If you are not satisfied with the template for any reason, you may request a full refund.
How to Request a Refund:
To initiate a refund, please contact me at vlad@vladtro.design within 14 days of your order. Please include your Order ID in the email. Refund requests are processed by my Merchant of Record (Paddle or Creem) and funds are typically returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
6. Limitation of Liability: The templates are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. I am not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use these products.
